The Dow Smith team completed this 5,000-square-foot interior build-out for Seven Oaks Business Park owner John Blankenship and his tenant Foley Products Company. The project included converting an empty space into a finished open-air office facility. The space features stained concrete floors, custom cabinets, and lots of glass walls and doors to allow natural light to enter the open-concept environment.
Initially, Foley Products Company wasn’t quite sure what they wanted in terms of the design and layout of the interior space. To solve this, the Dow Smith team completed some of the tenant improvements while we also constructed the shell and core of the Seven Oaks building. This meant Foley’s design phase had to be condensed so that the entire project’s timeline and budget would not be affected.
Not all of our clients need a brand-new, ground-up facility. Sometimes they simply need a minor renovation or an office build-out. But they need more than just a handyman with a hammer.
